Recent ActivitySPELLING BEE IS ON THE WAY!! Set construction for the P.K. Yonge production of the Broadway hit musical, Spelling Bee, is heating up! The musical opens on March 23 and runs until March 31st.
Spelling Bee won 2 Tony awards during it's Broadway run and features one of the funniest, most original concepts in Broadway history! Young people in the throes of puberty, overseen by grown-ups who barely managed to escape childhood themselves, learn that winning isn't everything and that losing doesn't necessarily make you a loser. They are a quirky, yet charming cast of outsiders for whom a Spelling Bee is the one place where they can stand out and fit in at the same time.
